Viola Jasko is a bilingual Licensed Real Estate Salesperson whose passion, tenacity, and dedication have all earned her the reputation as a trusted resource in the real estate industry. Over the span of several decades, she has garnered extensive rental real estate experience. As a longtime owner of a multi-family rental property, she is versed in the setbacks owners and tenants face, which allows her to truly empathize with such clients. Beyond that, as a proud homeowner who has experienced the benefits of the investment first-hand, her ultimate mission is to assist people in attaining the American dream of home ownership as well. 

 

Calling the Queens area home throughout most of her life, her experience as a real estate agent in Nassau County and Queens County, Viola is deeply knowledgeable when it comes to the local market and its recent trends, utilizing this familiarity to pair buyers with the perfect homes every single time. Furthermore, her negotiation and marketing skills enable her to sell her clients’ properties for top
dollar.
 

In addition to real estate, Viola is passionate about photography and presently provides her services to a racetrack photographer's office for the New York Race Association. To date, her photos have been published in an array of magazines. She also serves as the Owner and Business Partner of an esteemed publishing business.
